Treat corns on feet

Corns are a problem which is one of the leading causes of serious pain in the feet. They typically occur due to improper shoe fit — loose or tight-fitting shoes. Corn also forms by walking a lot in some cases. When you have corns, it can be quite painful for you to walk or even stand for a long time. The good news is there are plenty of different treatments for corns on feet, so you don’t need to suffer.

But how do you treat a corn on your foot? So a simple way to kick it off is to soak your feet in warm water. You want to soak them for 10 to 15 minutes approximately. This will soften the skin around the corn making removal a LOT easier. Once your feet are soaked, you can take a pumice stone or a foot file, the tool you use to smooth out skin, and gently rub it on the dead skin surrounding the corn. Be gentle and do not scrub too hard, or it can hurt and make the corn worse. You can repeat this soaking and rubbing once daily until the corn is gone.  Then you cana use this cuticle oil in your nails.

Home remedies for treating corns on your fee

Here’s another home remedy that can be effective: apple cider vinegar. So this is a compelling liquid that would just do a lot. To use it on corns, soak a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar and then put it directly on the corn. Then, place a bandage over the cotton ball. Best to wear it overnight while you sleep. The vinegar’s acid gets to work dissolving and breaking up the corn, loosening it for easier removal. You are supposed to do this every night, again and again, until you realize all of the corn is gone.

If home remedies aren’t working, there are some treatments available at the store. Corn pads are a common choice. These are special sticky pads that contain salicylic acid. Salicylic acid is a medication that gradually dissolves the corn. A Roni corn pad is placed directly over a corn and left on for 24 hours. A day later, you would change the pad for a new one. Do this every single day until the corn is no more.
